No, guest checkout is available. An account lets you track orders, save pinned addresses and keep a wishlist.
Delivery
All seven: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Dubai orders before 2 PM arrive the same day.
Standard delivery is free on orders over AED 150, otherwise AED 15. Express delivery is AED 25.
UAE addresses can be tricky. A map pin sends the courier straight to your door and fills in your area and emirate automatically.
Orders
Use the Track Order page with your order number and email or phone, or open the order from My Account → Orders. You'll also get an email at every status change.
Yes. You can cancel any order before it ships from My Account → Orders. Card payments are refunded within 5–7 business days.
Payments
Visa, Mastercard and Amex, plus cash on delivery for orders up to AED 2,000. All prices include 5% VAT.
Yes. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS certified gateway over encrypted connections. We never see or store your card details.
Returns
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Request a return from My Account → Orders and we'll arrange a free pickup.
Sizing
Our sizes follow age (e.g. 3–6M, 4–5Y) and run true to size. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
