Not quite the right size? Most items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
How to return
- Go to My Account → Orders and open the delivered order (or use Track Order as a guest).
- Choose Return / exchange, select the items and a reason, and optionally add a photo.
- We'll schedule a free doorstep pickup within 48 hours.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 48 hours of the item reaching our warehouse, to your original payment method, or to your bank account for cash-on-delivery orders.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, underwear, bibs and opened socks cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
